Shipping Policy
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Domestic Shipping: We offer standard and express shipping options through Australia Post. Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days for standard shipping and 1–3 business days for express.
International Shipping: Rates and times vary by location. Please note international orders may incur customs fees.

Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods (Sales or holiday campaigns), due to wild weather, or due to other postal service delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond Purely Curls’ reasonable control.

Online orders are processed and shipped from Brisbane, Queensland and so we follow any Queensland Public Holidays.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns Policy Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Refunds and Exchanges: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Exchanges depend on stock availability.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or faulty items.
Consumer Guarantee: Our products come with consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, ensuring they meet acceptable quality standards. These guarantees are not impacted by our change-of-mind policy.
If a product does not meet these guarantees, Purely Curls will offer a refund or exchange based on the following:

For a major failure (e.g., unsafe or unfit for purpose), you can choose a refund or exchange and compensation for foreseeable loss or damage.

For a minor failure (e.g., cosmetic damage not affecting use), we may provide a refund or exchange at our discretion.
Where a product is damaged through misuse, accident or abnormal use, the Australian Consumer Law or any manufacturer’s warranty may not apply, and Purely Curls may choose not to provide a refund, exchange or repair (if applicable).
Please note, proof of purchase is required for any remedy under Australian Consumer Law, which is in addition to any manufacturer’s warranty.
Consumer guarantees cannot be excluded or limited and are in addition to any manufacturer’s warranties or extended warranties purchased by, or given to, you.
